Get the fam on the road every chance I get. A two month RV trip when my two boys were 6 and 8 was one of the best decisions I ever made. But the campground fees added up. We stayed for free here and there but didn’t have a good resource to navigate by that was easy to use with up-to-date information. I built this with my son, now 17, and I hope this becomes that for you.

Water Canyon Disc Golf Course

Beautiful view overlooking Winnemucca. Lots of spots to pull out with a well maintained road that is very easy for large RVs. It's mostly paved except for the last mile or so. Fun little disc golf course up to wake up to. Although, watch out for the creek! Hard to retrieve your discs if they go rogue.

Shot Rock Vista off Hwy 88

Easy pull off from hwy 88, 30 seconds and you're secluded from the highway. Nice parking lot with enough room to turn around for a large rig. Nice trail out to the view. No signs for no overnight camping. Restroom but it was locked when we were there. Closed in the winter due to snow.
