BoonDogger is dedicated to helping outdoor enthusiasts discover and share free and beautiful camping locations with the BoonDogger community. We believe in making the great outdoors accessible to everyone while fostering a community of responsible campers who appreciate and preserve these special places.

Our Story

Jon and Jaylon - Creators of BoonDogger

As a dad of two active boys, I get the fam on the road every chance I get. A two month RV trip when the boys were 6 and 8 was one of the best decisions I ever made. But the campground fees added up. We stayed for free here and there but didn't have a good resource to navigate by. I built this with my son, now 17, and I hope this becomes that for you.
