Tons of spots in this great dispersed camping location. At the base of the mountains in the Sierras, Hope Valley is a wide open meadow with the headwaters of the Carson river flowing through it. There are old roads that lead up to Scott Lake from the campspots that lead to tons of world class biking and hiking trails in the South Lake Tahoe area. Beautiful meadow views. Closed in the winter due to snow.
